eHealth Nigeria has created a Human Resources for Health (HRH) specific for health facilities in Nigeria. This tool can be customized specific to the needs of each facility while still providing the standard reports needed for government or organizations.

eHealth Nigeria has already programmed the HRH system with basic information for Nigeria (including states, regions, types of facilities, etc). Now, each facility can easily customize the system for their specific needs and requirements without the hassle of starting from scratch.

Staff Management

For Hospitals Management Boards that manage many different health facilities, large health facilities, and private hospitals, staff management can be one of the most difficult tasks for administrators. eHealth Nigeria’s HRH system lessens the time needed to manage staff so that administrators can focus on the things that really matter. The HRH manages health positions, job applicants, and interviews. It also creates employee records which can keep track of an employees personal information, skills, training courses, and disciplinary action.

Facility Management

For government and Hospital Management Boards, effectively managing health facilities is crucial in order to insure each facility is staffed with the appropriate people, each facility is receiving the resources it needs, and to make sure that money is being used correctly. The HRH system manages facilities and departments within each facility.

Reporting

Reporting is made easy with our HRH system. You can create and save customized or standard reports. Reports can include staff directories, lists of offices and facilities, position lists, etc. Reports can be displayed as tables or charts for easy viewing. Reports can even be exported in Excel, HTML or XML formats for easy integration with other analysis programs.
